Professional in the energy sector with more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector. He began his career with the development of renewable energy projects in Spain at the end of the year 2003 until the year 2007. Entrepreneur, and director of energy projects and developments in Argentina until 2008, after which he developed as head of Renewable Energies at the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), of which he was Director of the Center for Research and Development of Renewable Energies – INTI - Renewable energy (2008 – 2018)
He completed a Master in Management and Development of Renewable Energies at the University of Ávila in Spain. She has Technical Postgraduates in Energy, Technology, Management and Engineering. He is a lawyer for the UBA (2012) and with extensive experience in the senior management of R+D+i projects and in strategic business developments.
Directed the participation of INTI in the evaluation of the 18 GW (18,000 MW) of renewable energy projects presented within the framework of the Plan RenovAr Rounds 1, 1, 5 and 2 in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Mining and Cammesa. Assisted in the design and implementation of the promotion regime of Law 27,191 and all the complementary regulatory framework. Development of the control regime CND in Renovate projects, I design and implement the ReProER.
As Director of the Renewable Energy Center of INTI He was in charge of numerous projects, was a member of the Mincyt Bioeconomy Advisory Council, and directed numerous R&D projects focused on the industrial and service sectors.
