He studied electrical engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Regional Buenos Aires, his final project was oriented to the insertion of a wind farm of 100 MW al SADI. He was a member of the research and development project “energy assessment and qualification procedures in organizations”.
He began his professional activity at INTI's legal metrology and physics center in the electric power meter laboratory, verifying standard protocols ANGER for type approval. He was a member of the construction management team of the INTI, supervising maintenance and projecting improvements in the medium and low voltage electrical transformation and distribution system.
In the fuel management of cam, acquiring responsibility for programming the supply of liquid fuels to the country's Mediterranean thermal power plants.
In the same organization, he developed in the management of contracts and regulations from 2015. Involved in the incorporation of new generation, both thermal and renewable, through resolutions 21 and 287, and the tenders of the programRenovAr, in conjunction with the Undersecretary of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, contributing to compliance with the ley 27.191.
He is a professor in the electrical department of the UTN regional Buenos Aires, of the subject "energy regulation and planning in Argentina and world context".
