MANAGEMENT
To guarantee the best performance from your PPA contract, and preserve a high value of renewable energy assets, GoesGreen carries out management, studies and monitoring of the production and billing of the energy produced, in synchronization with maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and regulatory. Our approach consists of carrying out comprehensive management approaches, which allow us to maintain the design standards of the generation plant, and which, together with commercial management, avoid deviations between what is generated and what is actually received. Our experience in the normative and regulatory field will allow minimizing the impacts of potential fines or sanctions that undermine the economic and contractual results of the power plants.
The main mission of our team Asset Management (AM), is to identify and manage risk throughout the plant's life cycle, and implement mitigation strategies. We introduce communication and information technology, tools and interdisciplinary analysis teams, to offer the client an efficient and effective management of their assets, achieving agility in decision-making, transparency in the processes and promoting the most profitable conditions of their PPA contract.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT &
ENGINEERING
We develop Greenfield renewable energy generation projects through a highly qualified multidisciplinary team.
We assist in the management and preparation of technical and economic studies. We develop basic and executive engineering for the construction of the projects, optimizing the design, technology and BoP of the parks to maximize profitability and reduce execution risks.
In addition, we have knowledge of the legal framework and local policies and experience in the development of renewable energy projects from their initial phases.
We support the constitution of the specific company for each project (SPV), in the location of sites with technical, administrative, economic and environmental feasibility and in preliminary resource studies.
OWNER ENGINEERING
& DUE DILIGENCE
En las fases de desarrollo y construcción, somos aliados del Owner para mitigar riesgos y optimizar costos. Nuestro equipo altamente especializado realiza la revisión de ingeniería, supervisión de calidad, control documental, aprobación de pruebas FAT y SAT, supervisión de obras, proceso de interconexión y puesta en marcha. En proceso de M&A y financiación de proyectos, asistimos a los stakeholders para reducir los riesgos de la operación y lograr el éxito del negocio.
Among the activities we carry out, we highlight:
- Review of full compliance with the scope included in the EPC Contractor's technical offer.
- Verification of the design against the design and quality specifications established in the contract and scope of services, against the requirements of the EPC Contract, among others.
- Making proposals for timely improvements in terms of the design of the plant.
