CAUCHARI SOLAR is a company dedicated to electricity generation through renewable energies and proprietary of three solar parks of 105 MW each. From the beginning we have Committed to being an example of leadership in the field of health management clean energy, and in this way we position ourselves as protagonists in the change in the energy matrix of the Province of Jujuy and the Nation Argentina, having efficiency and sustainability as a permanent goal energy.

Suggestions, Complaints and Claims Form

Every person, whether a member of the surrounding community or not, and for any general or particular interest in the Cauchari I, II and III Solar Park, its facilities, direct and indirect personnel as well as its main and secondary activities has the right to submit respectful requests. to the development authorities, in the terms indicated in these instructions, and to obtain a prompt, complete and substantive response on the same. (15 working days).

Suggestion: Demonstration of an idea or proposal to improve the service or management of the entity.

Complaint: Expression of dissatisfaction in relation to the conduct or action of public servants or individuals who carry out a state function.

Claim: Expression of dissatisfaction with the provision of a service or the deficient or untimely attention to a request, within the framework of what is established in current regulations.

The follow-up on your Suggestion/Complaint or Claim can be done by contacting the email Ambiente@caucharisolar.com, indicating the number assigned when uploading it to the system or the one provided by email if it was done outside of this electronic system. You can also do it in person before the plant access control personnel.
